Enneagram (past blog in dlscpeople)

At first when I heard enneagram, I remember my high school enneagram and the result was the same as I filed up the questions. For me it was fun because I love knowing other personality and there reaction. It is also fun for me because when I notice all the notes about my number some of it was true and some of it is balance. I do really feel like I really knew my own attitude and also sometimes I misunderstood other actions, sometimes I'm afraid to mingle because some people misunderstood also my attitude and for me it really very disappointing and lonely.

The important thing I learn to myself is to control my negative feeling and also say something about other people around me. I also value my positive attitude which gave me strength and proud of what I have. I had also practice the important of understanding my friends acting like I’m silent in everything they will do (bad or good) as long as they will not hurt someone.

The thing I learned to my classmate is when they knew the number they’re really curios and also comforting each other that they understand why they are like that. When I saw some smiles I knew that kahit anu sila nanjan pa rin sila as there friends, brother and sisters, etc. I feel like they are respecting each other personality which gave everyone to be open in everything.

In an organization this enneagram is useful in business communication because everyone would know each side and may understand every conflict that ever happen in an organization. It can also affect the company itself like if you can mingle easily it means you know every people and in the organization it will consider as one family and it has lots of benefits. While if everyone don’t mingle or know everybody it is a negative effect in the company and also can change the relationship to one another. There could be lots of problems like grapevine and anger to the management.

To improve the activity, there must be a group reflection or discussion that can test if they want or don’t want each attitude and test if they could understand everyone. I knew from the start where I’ll be in this activity but I’m just excited to know other information about it. Some information was a shocked reaction but I reflected and think if I had done it for sometimes and yah maybe just ones or when I’m in a bad mood.

The things that I can’t accept and haven’t seen in my attitude are:· being pressured to be with people when I don't want to be · have independent minds and often question their parents and teachers · not being caught up in material possessions and status Maybe being independent is really what I like because I know and knew that I have a matured mind, but I’m not sure to it. All of the information in the enneagram is really true. Well, I don’t have to deny whether you like it or not. When I read it and ms. Dianne explains it, I was so happy that all of it except the two that I had mention is really me. I really love this topic. I’m fun of observing and knowing other people to understand them. But sometimes I can’t control my feeling so some of the situation I can’t handle.

The things I like in my personality are: Alert, curious, inventive, independent, insightful and analytical.· Speak in a straightforward and brief manner. · I need time to be alone to process my feelings and thoughts. · standing back and viewing life objectively · coming to a thorough understanding; perceiving causes and effects · my sense of integrity: doing what I think is right and not being influenced by social pressure · being calm in a crisis · watching others with better social skills, but less intelligence or technical skill, do better professionally · spend a lot of time alone reading, making collections, and· are very bright and curious and do well in school · watch events from a detached point of view, gathering information · are sensitive; and avoid interpersonal conflict I really love being alone.

The things I don’t like in my personality are:
· Remember that if I seem aloof, distant, or arrogant, it may be that I am feeling uncomfortable.
· Make me feel welcome, but not too intensely, or I might doubt your sincerity.
· If I become irritated when I have to repeat things, it may be because it was such an effort to get my thoughts out in the first place.
· Don't come on like a bulldozer.
· Avoid big parties, other people's loud music, overdone emotions, and intrusions on my privacy.

There was a time that others don’t understand my wants/my feelings. Like if I want to join a party or I was not permitted by my parents. I’m having a feeling of loneliness and disappointment and do something overwhelming to overcome my feelings. The other one that I want to share is whenever someone ask me again a question or something I’m so irritated because I just said at first why they can’t hear that. For the people and friend that I had shown this situation sorry and I hope u understands it now. I don’t want to say a name but I hope if they would read this now they will have an idea.

I could improve if I would practice some of the contradicting negative facts in the information and to shown my parents that I’m in a good environment and do the responsibilities but sometimes I need them too. The steps that I must do are love first myself, understand my attitude and also the people around me as much as possible I could give them the advice that I could help them and guide them.

For me, I wanted first to start it on my own and experience it after I could share it to everyone. In some ways and practices I must mingle to a bunch of friends like my sister fiends and apply everything. Your curious why I don’t have a bunch of friends na ka batch ko. That’s always my question. I just have one ad only true friend here in school and some are just acquaintances.
